• Viewed the interview w/ Bruce and Gabby and posted it to the Interviews page of our website.

• Discussed using institutionalizing equity rubric to determine if we are moving towards goals vs. just meeting and doing nothing.

• Rev. Richards led an amazing Black History month panel and interviewed LLHS students.

3/11/21:

• Security discussion initiated with Anthony Blanco and Quentin K. from Solano County, discussion of community building and helping to make students feel like they belong.

• Tiffany started reporting out departments at school and their initiation/integration/implementation of DEI work.

3/25/21:

• Launched LLHS DEI Book Club moderated by Gabby Alfred, 11th grader.  We read Becoming Adapted for Young Readers by Michelle Obama.  There were about 15 attendees and 3 copies were donated to the community by LLHS DEI.
